THE TOMPKINS WAKE ROTORUA BUSINESS AWARDS 2023 CATEGORIES ARE:

The finalists for the Supreme award will be the respective winners of each of the foregoing six Excellence categories. The overall supreme winner will be selected by the judges. The judges will cross-reference to make their decision. Excellence rather than scale will be the prime driver of the judges in making their decision.

    There is no formal entry mechanism for this category. Rotorua businesses may nominate persons to the Chamber for consideration for the Award. These names, together with credentials of the nominees, will then be added to a list of outstanding business persons in the Rotorua area. The winner is selected from this list, by the sponsor, together with a panel of previous winners of the award.

    No person can win this award twice.

 

  • RED STAG - BUSINESS PERSON OF THE YEAR - WINNER SELECTED BY SPONSOR AND PANEL OF PREVIOUS WINNERS

  • ROTORUA LAKES COUNCIL - OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION TO ROTORUA - WINNER SELECTED BY SPONSOR

    This category will recognise an outstanding organisation (or person) with a strong and proud history of contribution to the good of Rotorua.

     There is no formal entry mechanism for this category. Rotorua businesses may nominate organisations (or persons) to the Chamber for consideration for the Award. These names, together with credentials of the nominees, will then be added to a list of outstanding contributors to the Rotorua area. The winner is selected from this list, by the sponsor.
